Can it really be July 2005 since I joined Paul as Business Manager?
I can personally endorse the saying “time fly’s when you are having fun” ! ! ! Joining the team at Paul Avins Enterprises has not been a change of job for me . . . it has been a change to my whole way of life!
I have a strong background in coaching and mentoring and I love to meet new people and grow lasting relationships.
A bit about my background: Before my involvement managing Paul and his thriving busy coaching office I worked in the software logistics industry helping to successfully launch, build and grow a UK branch of an established German Software Company from 5 to 40 employees before handing it back to the Germans.
Since becoming one of only 6 accredited Flippen Profile assessors in the UK, I have seen this powerful tool take our clients from what is holding them back to reaching their full potential. The difference this makes to their business and personal lives is phenomenal . . . you have to experience it to believed it . . .and I sincerely hope you will! My coaching and mentoring skills are also put into practice in my role as The Oxford Wealth Club Manager, where I take very seriously my commitment to our members. . . we know this club can make a difference to their businesses, that is why we run it. I focuses on looking after all the members as well as managing the meetings, the venue and material necessary for each meeting. . . this is all a doddle compared to ensuring that Paul get’s up on time – that’s not so easy!
For recreation I like nothing better than walking marathons for charity. . . I love to cycle long distance in the summer, but the winter is better suited to running!. One of my goals is to run the London Marathon . . . in order to raise money for a well deserved and criminally underfunded charity; The Stroke Association. I am an extremely keen early morning runner and love being up at 05:30 with the birds throughout the changing seasons of the year.
